Overview
Nanobridge ("we", "us") is operated by NanoBridge AI LLC. We operate the marketing website, developer console at platform.nanobridge.net, and API gateway services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
API & inference data
We do not persist prompts, conversations, source code, or uploads for product analytics or model training. Traffic is processed in transit for routing and inference only.
Customer data is not used to train models.
Account & billing
When you register or purchase a resource pack, we store account credentials (hashed passwords), email, billing records, API key metadata, and usage/credit logs needed to operate the service.
Marketing site analytics
This website uses first-party analytics to understand which pages and sections visitors view. We store:
- An anonymous visitor ID (localStorage) and session ID (sessionStorage)
- Page path, section views, and outbound link clicks
- Referrer and UTM campaign parameters when present
- Truncated IP address and User-Agent for abuse prevention
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
